Our base is the Best Western Tiverton Hotel, Set in over 2 acres of grounds on the edge of the market town of Tiverton. All en suite guest rooms have satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi.  Hotel features include restaurant, bars and lift.

Accommodation is reserved for five nights on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. 

Suggested Tour Itinerary:

Day 1
Depart during the morning and travel to Wells. Upon arrival we will head to Bishop’s Palace where group entrance and guided tour are included.  During the early afternoon group entrance and guided tour are included to Wells Cathedral. From here travel to Tiverton and your hotel,
The Best Western Tiverton Hotel where accommodation is reserved for the next 5 nights. 

Day 2
After breakfast we depart for Hestercombe Gardens where group entrance is included. Hestercombe has fantastic facilities, wonderful gardens to learn about, walk through and enjoy; a contemporary art gallery with a series of changing exhibitions; a second-hand book shop, plus two fantastic eateries. During the early afternoon an optional journey on the West Somerset Railway can be pre-booked to depart from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead. Alternatively the coach will travel to Minehead. From Minehead  we return to the hotel via the Exmoor National Park. 

Day 3
This morning will be at leisure in Tiverton, alternatively you can pre-book an optional excursion on a 1½ hour horse drawn barge trip on the Tiverton Canal. This afternoon, the coach will depart for Knightshayes Court, a National Trust (NT) property. After the visit, the coach will return to the hotel during the late afternoon.

Day 4
After breakfast travel to the RHS Garden Rosemoor near Great Torrington, followed by a short visit to will continue to Barnstaple. This afternoon we visit  Dartington Crystal where group entrance is included to their visitor centre.  Here you can watch award winning craftsmen at work as they transform hot moulten crystal into elegant shapes. After the visit the coach will return to the hotel. 

Day 5
Today we have a full day visit to the Cathedral City of Exeter. 

Day 6
Check out of the hotel and commence our return journey, stopping at the picturesque spa town of Bath, a designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. On arrival we will meet a local guide for a tour of Bath both by coach and on foot. Afterwards you will have free time prior continuing
back to your local area arriving during the mid evening.
